Ownership

LiPlasome was incepted in 2002 and to date close to DKK 100 million has been invested in the company by its previous owners. In Q1 2010 the Danish Investment Company Bio-Bedst ApS acquired all rights to LiPlasome.

LiPlasome will develop its portfolio exploiting the use of well established, effective anti cancer drugs in a new, proprietary liposomal formulation.
